I'll be a crash diet for a bit before the spring / summer, but the first questions a …?
I know this isn't healthy but before bikini season I want to be all shades and skinny. so it will be a crash diet … taking no more than 500 calories. Breakfast: oatmeal with normal water (100k) Lunch: 1 yogurt fiber (50k) Dinner: plain oatmeal with water (100k), with tons of water! and ill be walking a lot and blow jax and crunches / push-ups So, how much weight I lose in 2 weeks ?????
