I need detailed help on eye makeup??
I have to go to a party. My dress is bright yellow and blue Caribbean with silver embroidery in all parties. I want to do some very nice eye makeup perhaps as a smoky eye or something …..? I do not want to put too much makeup and make it look too smart. Help? I'm new to these things and make-up so i need very detailed instructions and stuff. HELP??
