How to make a bracelet?
I have to do themed bracelets countries of the Union Jack flag and Hong Kong. But I can not find a way to get the design of flags or armlets. Embroidery is out of the question for me and I want these to be entirely of cloth, there is no tape. I'm considering the use of cloth that you keep and put it on the heat transfer sheets (I also need the proper name.) But I do not using felt, if I go with this what material should I use?
Felt is the failure to fight, if you do not want to use that, you have to sew the hem of each bracelet. I would fabric paint would be the quickest way to go. Get the opaque type (brand Tulip "smooth" the paint is opaque and does not crack when dry) and paint over it. For the Union Jack, the blue fabric and the use of paint on the fringes. For Hong Kong, the use of red cloth and the painting of the flower. You can use any piece of cloth or fabrics. If you do not have to be large, the cloth would also work.
