I think Polystar Thread is the best. You get 61 spools with a 1000 meters on each spool for only $99.99 (Retail $300). The most amazing thing about this thread is it’s resistance to breakage, never again will you experience a breakage in thread in the middle of embroidering. They are also super shiny I have never had a problem with the polystar thread. Its high quality well-made thread. Here is a link:
