Frogs Reptiles
Why reptiles can not live in cold areas and why the frogs had a lot of eggs?
reptiles do not normally live in cold places because they are cold blooded. this means they need heat to raise body temperature. so they can begin to move, eat, reproduce, etc, which is usually the reason why u see the sun. frogs were a lot of eggs because of the amount of predation on the eggs. more eggs laid the greater chance of a few to grow to adult frogs. frogs are not the only animal that had a lot of eggs amt. this also goes to other frogs, reptiles, fish and insects.

How to identify a frog NT From a cane toad
The cane toad is the only species of frog that has been introduced into Australia. There are more than 216 frogs native to Australia. In and around Darwin in the Northern Territory, there have been 25 species of frogs found and listed. Many of these toads appear in color, since not all Frogs are green.
1. Cane toads are very similar to a wart on the skin on the back and are granular in their stomachs. The skin color is brown reddish brown or olive green or gray, with rarely any marked pattern. Your skin is bumpy and leather. His eyes are on the sides of their heads. Prefer dry conditions, but will go in the water to lay their eggs and find food.
Frogs have soft, smooth skin hanging in folds. They absorb water through your skin and breathe through their skin. This means that absorb pollutants from the environment, so it is good to have around. They range in color from bright green, green dark brown and black. Frogs have three eyelid membranes to protect their eyes underwater. His eyes are on the top of their heads. The frogs prefer conditions humid and humid.
2. THE CANE TOAD is highly toxic to most animals that try to devour them. Research has shown that the line now kill the frog by turning it over with his beak, and then eat them. Recently, in 2009, has been found that meat ants can kill the cane toad. The rat native to Australia is going to kill, but only eat the legs.
The frogs are not poisonous, so unfortunately, any animal or reptile to eat. They eat the snakes, goannas, and large birds.
3. CANE toad eggs are different from frog eggs. Eggs are laid in long chains that are continuous and generally more than a meter long. The small black eggs are made with a gelatinous substance. The female lays eggs in shallow water and usually between the sticks and vegetation. They can be removed within a long chain and disposed of in the sun before they hatch.
frog eggs are placed in a group of foam in the water. Most of our native frogs lay eggs in groups, others lay individually. None of the native frogs lies in long chains.
4. THE CANE TOAD tadpoles are also poisonous to wildlife that might eat. The young tadpoles do not develop fully until their venom is about 30 mm in length. Birds and other animal place or fish at risk if eaten. Tadpoles have a clear view through the tailfin, but the rest of his body is black. The toadpole grows no larger before 30mm change into a toad. The toadpoles prefer to sit in the sun during the hottest hours of the day, quickly swish their tails when they swim forward, and swimming in schools along the shallow edges of the water.
Frog tadpoles are not poisonous, and therefore, are eaten by predators such as fish, insects and diving birds. Tadpoles like to hide in the bottom of the water under the weeds.
5. Cane toads are carnivorous and feed on insects and any thing small enough to swallow. nesting native birds such as the rainbow bee-eater and their eggs are in danger of toads. Toads also love dog food.
Frogs are also carnivores, and eat other small frogs, lizards and small mammals, but the outside lights up eating insects.
6. Cane toads are ground dwelling species a predator and can not upload anything. You can not jump up, either. They prefer open areas hunting and like many of the lights, old garbage, drains, and so on man. They use their eye sight to detect motion in the hunt.
Frogs jump and climb up walls and trees, using their toe pads of friction. Some frogs are soil inhabitants.
7. Cane toads have horizontal pupils and have a bony ridge (stand) through eye to snout.
Frogs have eyes on the top of their heads. They are usually outstanding.
8. Cane toads have partial webbing between their toes. They can not jump high, but can run, especially when being chased.
FROGS are fully webbed feet that help them swim and move in the water. Some frogs have suction cups on their toes to help them cling to anything. Because they have long legs they are very strong, give them more or jumping.
