How to avoid fruits and vegetables, cold buffet outdoors?
Any unique ideas on how to keep fruits and vegetables in a outdoor buffet, and keep hot foods like meatballs? Thank you.
I have this problem all the time. to keep things cool — Only put out a bit and use a glass or stainless steel tray or bowl. have the serving bowl in an ice tray these must be changed often as well. Ice chests with lots of ice. as for hot water —- I use are also chafing dishes and hot-box and pan liners that I use protective. I also use toasters electric ovens when not accommodate all the meat you need to prepare. Go to your local restaurant and tell them what you are planning to do. that will help you get adequate supplies.
