Glow Dark
Is manic panic hair dye that glows in the dark or is the other light in the dark stain that could be used?
I am planning a party darkness and brightness in the dark paint everywhere.Not face not so cheap that works only for 30 minutes I learned that if u is Manic Panic dye, which only glows under ultraviolet light, but when I buy a UV light .. Is there a dye that glows in the dark and do not damage your hair?
Very few things that glow in the dark without some type of ultraviolet light. You will be very difficult to find a dye that does – you may have some luck with a color wash gel however.
