Reduce Stomach and Thighs

Here’s how to reduce your stomach and thighs while at home watching tv. Don’t be fooled into thinking the only way you can lose weight is in a gym. If you know what you’re doing, your home will give you better results, FASTER.


1. Stomach reduction

One of the best exercises you can do to reduce stomach fat, tone up, and firm your whole waist area is hula hooping with a weighted hula hoop.

As a woman, I’m sure you want to have nice, sexy curves that look really feminine. A toned look that shows flat abs, not a muscular belly. Hula hooping is the way to go. I liken hula hooping to the dancing style of belly dancers. And they’re known for very feminine, curvy bodies.

Why the weighted hula hoop and not the normal kind?

It has to do with ease of use. A weighted one is actually easier to use… which surprises most people. Because it’s weighted, it rotates slower around your waist. This helps keep it from falling to the ground.

A weighted hula hoop will cost around $15-20. Not cheap, not expensive. But it’s a really good investment in your body… and can help save you gym fees.

2. Thigh reduction

For women, I prefer no weights options to leg work. Your bodyweight is enough when used properly. Probably my favorite thing to do at home is to jump on a mini-trampoline. I do it whenever I have a couple minutes free time. I just counted the average length of commercials yesterday.

I thought they were about 2 minutes. But it seems commercials are closer to 3 minutes these days. This is the perfect opportunity for you to exercise… hopefully on a mini-trampoline. Use it during 5 commercials and you’ve effectively SNUCK IN 15 minutes of cardio.

palms a basketball is also the right forearm strength?

Because I noe some friends with larger hands than I, who can not palm a ball, but I can with either hand and I can do almost effortlessly. is handsize part, and also the right hand strength? this is pretty tight, Now, once again cuz i can dunk, it's easy. i can kill even extending into the bottom ring cuz that easily attach to your hand like glue. by the way I am 5'8 but I think my fingers are quite long. does that have anything to do with it?

Everything is in the strength of the fingers, wrists and forearms together. The meta-carpels (finger bones) work with the various muscles in these areas. If you do not work to maintain strength, they degrade over time. Only like any skill, if not tuned fade.
