How to design or create an image, like a flag or a divider without the white background showing?
By creating a website, you can take a picture or clip art, like a flag or a divisor of my programs folder and drag it into the website and it only shows the banner or divisor. I tried to creat a series of shapes and colors to use when creating web sites with MS Paint and when I can insert into my web page the white background of the page displays around the flag or a splitter. Am I still using the right program? If not, what I can use?
You can use paint just to save as png (Portable Network Graphics), we do not with certainty if the paint lets you save as this nature, if not try using a program like Photoshop (or Photoshop itself, that is what use is the best program photoediting there) If you use photoshop to remove Batterne backgorund and see a white / gray boxes that tells the background is gone, then save as png, I hope this help!
