Lower Case
Teaching how to know the difference between b and d letters?
My four year old is starting to read, but is having problems to tell the difference between b and d (lower case only). Any ideas on how to help with this?
You could use the word bed. When is written in lowercase, which is shaped like a bed. You can write down and see if it is correct form of the word, in the event that recognizes the sound of b and d in "Bed." If you enter the bed, the way is fine, so he will know that one of the b (and, obviously, the other is d). Deb typing, there is no way a bed, and he knows it backwards.
