ESPC are you?
I bought a CD designs eBay. Emb had just begun. and 2 years later I get a letter saying that I have ESPC to pay $ 300.00 and send the designs to them because the seller had pirated cd. I asked my lawyer and he could only know the name of the letter was a lawyer, but did not like the idea, if you want to talk to them you should leave your name on a mach response. Can anyone give me more infor.on the org. thanks
You has given us no information to work. ESPC. EMB … WHAT? When items are pirates can be held responsible for the purchase of such items. Is equivalent receiving stolen property. You have a lawyer to help so its probally best to take your advice whatever.
