I can do a return at Costco without my membership card?
I bought a new cordless phone, but had to return it. Without But I can not find my membership card but hhave my receipt, which is my member number on it (which will hopefully help?). Yes, you can return the goods to the store without their card. The welcome is just going to check your receipt along with the product and have to go to the customer service counter. while you are there to get a new card.
