Can the Mini Cooper dealer demand a day after the payment sign the papers and drive off the lot?
Help! My girlfriend finally bought The Mini Cooper had been dreaming of this last Saturday and took their joy of new cars in ruins today by the dealer asking $ 2300 more! A quick run out: We have found the perfect Mini with all the options last Friday night. Again early Saturday and tried to make a deal. She got up floor mats: (25 700 paid sticker, purchased gap insurance, extended warranty and LoJack. He said he would not go over 30k. Go out Just Under 32K. $ 490 per month for seven years! Today, South Bay Mini calls and says that the bank has yet to approve that amount and should bring in $ 2,300 or go to CU. Is this a joke?! Are there cameras created hidden waiting to see my reaction?! Are they cheating, lying bastards who have to push it over $ 2300? My question is: Can they do this and if so, can we give them the car back and not face a cancellation fee bad credit reference, etc? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks advance …..
Yes you can ask for more money down because they do not receive a call or complete all the necessary money from the bank's approval. Your contract is a box that says "sellers right to cancel." Basically this means that the dealer has 10 days get you approved as written in the contract or the contract may be voided and returned the car. So here are the options: 1) Take the car back, I do not want to lose a sale so negotiate the price with them again. If she paid full sticker price, there is room to negotiate. Trust me I do not want the car back. 2) Cancel the extended warranty and LoJack. Keep the gap is very important. You can buy the cash collateral before the car hits 12,000 miles. That's when prices increased security. 3) That the girl go to your credit if necessary. You can get a better rate anyway. 4) If you decide to give the car back there is NO ramifications to her. She will receive every penny back that he gave as a down payment and no harm will come to your credit history. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions. I guess you have already said South Bay Mini-then you live in So Cal? Let me know because I can try to help.

A mini disc is reusable like tape cassettes, hence you can overwrite existing files without deterioration in sound quality. Secondly mini discs provide greatly improved quality than cassette tapes and are much more durable. But with the advantages, there are a few disadvantages as well. For instance, the mini disc uses a digital recording format but at the same time employs compression. As a result the recording does not deteriorate over time but has a lower quality than a CD. Secondly minis discs use magnetic material for storing its data, and thus are more vulnerable to elements like magnetic fields and heat that a CD can handle.
