They are eye cream shadows look more natural than powder?
I do not like the feeling cakey on my face, so stay away from dust as much as possible. Make cream shadows look more natural? And how applied? How I can use my fingers or a brush of eye shadow? Thanks:)
I think powder and cream eye shadow are the same, only bad thing about a cream shade is that may cause wrinkles in the eyelids. I recommend using a primer before apply the cream shade. As for the shadow in cream can use your finger or a brush, but I would recommend your finger, grab more color as the IMO and easy to apply.
