How do I remove the plastic seat belt in a side panel '98 Toyota Corolla?
The plastic cover hides the mechanism safety belt and I have to get to it because I think some food there and it dropped my car stinks!

Effects of plastic bags on environment
From time to time the government here comes an order banning shopkeepers to provide bags plastic customers to carry their purchases, with little lasting effect. Plastic bags are very popular with retailers and consumers because they are cheap, strong, Lightweight and functional, and hygienic means of carrying food and other goods. Despite being one of the modern conveniences that seem unable to dispense, are responsible for causing pollution, killing wildlife, and using up precious resources of the earth.
About one hundred billion plastic bags are used each year in the U.S. only. And then, when one takes into account the larger economies and populations of India, China, Europe and elsewhere, the numbers can be staggering. The problem is compounded by the developed countries to send their waste plastic for developing countries like India.

several alternatives to plastic bags:
1. Use biodegradable bags made of cloth.
2. Ladies can fold a cotton bag or two in their portfolios that can be used to calm the sudden urge to go shopping.
3. nylon bags can be used and reused several times.
4. Donate old newspapers and magazines institutes small-scale cut these old papers in the bag of paper and envelopes.
5. Use a wicker basket. (You can make a fashion statement today.)
6. Educate local retailers on the harmful effects of using plastics.
7. Insist that your local retailers for the use of plastic bags thicker variety, if all you have to use.
8. Offices can be distributed cloth bags as New Year gifts instead of newspapers and other Sweet Things.
9. Better yet buy a folding shopping cart. When you can buy a stroller for your newborn is not impossible to see.
