Smooth cedar fence – flat surface? O drum of sand?
I have the intention to rebuild a fence using tables in the common close cedar. These are sold wet and rough. The last time I built, the wood was cured for 3 months. I used a belt sander to smooth all parties. It went really well, but the sanding was not fun: 3 days of vibration, "" sawdust snowman, inhalation of dust from cedar, cedar chips eyes.
