Windows 7 Problems with the printer?
I know it's a beta, but if anyone has an idea or a similar problem, please let me know. I installed the Windows 7 beta 32-bit and everything seems to be working well, except for my ability to print. The OS does not recognize the printer (Vista, but it did). I tried uninstall / reinstall, start the line at the command prompt, and download a newer driver, but none worked. Perhaps its incompatible (Lexmark x3430) but I heard that Vista and Windows 7 is supposed to be mostly compatible. It only says that does not exist on my computer. Any help is appreciated
Simply right click in the installation file and click Properties. Then select the "Compatibility" tab. Select the "Run this program in compatibility mode for: "and select Vista. Click" OK ". Now, click the file and select" Run as administrator. " It should run fine!
