Spools Brown
How should I design this scarf I'm making?
Hello! I'm doing for my boyfriend. I'm knitting … I have two spools of thread, a call is "Fall." The thread is lost in different colors … dark red, burnt orange, dark green, light green and brown. The second reel I have is dark red. Should I mix the two together? (So the scarf will be mostly red, with spots of color) Or, I do blocks of color? Red, then fall colors, red, colors of autumn … etc etc. Which is better? And what is best for a boy? Thank you. : D
I think it would be simple patterns best for something masculine, like blocks of color that suggests. A lot of guys I know like the look of the house of Harry Potter scarves. I have seen patterns houndstooth and that my husband likes.
