Standing Lace
How did the digitization of free standing lace Embroidery Machine?
I have a Janome machine and want to create my own design assemblage. I really want to make my own. Does anyone use Embird or some other program? Is it difficult to do?
I can use the Janome Software Digitizer10000 it sells. I know you can do something with Embird digitizing, but I do not know how. The steps I take in D10K are: 1. Scan design (drawing my first designs) 2. The first layer is embroidered straight line, no Satin Stitch. This keeps the design in place. This is done in one color. 3. Satin stitch the design straight lines. Do this in color 2. 4. Satin stitch again, with a slightly larger extent than before, starting and stopping at different places. Do this in three colors. 5. Finally, satin stitch in a moment # 4 (color3). Do this in four colors. 6. Thing out and adjust as necessary. I can use different colors so I can tell you what needs adjustment layer. I have made some in stitches satin lines closer (more stringent) with each layer. For purposes test, I prefer the colored, knitted out by offsetting between Solvy. I found that if my design is weak and needs much help that the network keeps all together – very important first test stitch! From there, adjust the design as needed. Once I like the way it stitches out, I can change all colors to a machine that does not stop between the layers. I can save multiple copies while working. Ties can take a long time to scan. I created two small laces, but I prefer to buy the designs. Good luck! Again, the program is called Digitizer10000. Sold by Janome dealers. A new version, DigitizerPro has some wonderful features, including the ability to scan any TrueType font you have on your computer. Cool! And you can scan photos, too. Yet one color, but my local dealer said the developers are working in color!
