Do you believe in the Greek style yogurt, 175grams, is 18 grams of sugar too much?
I'm trying to cut the meat increasing, so the amount of protein that is large in Greek style yogurt, 175 grams, there are 18 grams protein, 18grams of sugar but do you think I should avoid if I'm trying to lose weight?
That's not bad. I'm assuming this is a fruit in the background style or flavored Greek yogurt? Most flavored yogurts with others 20 grams of sugar, so that 18 really is not that bad. A large amount of sugar in yogurt is from the natural sugars in milk. Even normal, plain yogurt sugar will have about 12 grams of sugar per cup. I would say in moderation, that yogurt is good to eat. Greek yogurt is a great source of protein. If you sugar is concerned, however, you can get plain yogurt and flavor it yourself with honey or fresh fruit. Best of luck
