Where I can buy a DMC thread color chart in the Philippines?
Good luck finding one. Until then, you may print general one to use. If you have a few on hand skeins, you can compare to see how "real" colors are printed. There may also be some of the color charts available for older people who have got the one with the latest colors. The old men still have more than 95% of the total. You can be less expensive in Australia than the U.S.. I added a link from a source called "international."
