I have some ideas for fun and easy summer time recipes. Also I'm on a tight budget
This is a great frozen dessert. It has a lot of crowds. FROZEN LIME Torte 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2cup margarine melted sugar 1 / 4 cup 2 cups hot water 2 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup vanilla sugar 1teaspoon 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed Mix first three ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inches. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Briefly cold in the refrigerator. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add gelatin slowly until blended. Mix cold Whisk the mixture lime. Pour into crust and freeze. Serve frozen or slightly thawed to facilitate cutting. Yield: 10 to 12 servings Tip: Use any flavor of jelly like. Lemon is also good. Try pineapple gelatin and add grated coconut to make "piña colada".
