Water Soluble

The fat and water soluble vitamins
Most people do not realize that vitamins are different, but they are. Also obvious difference of the letter, vitamins can be classified as soluble or water-soluble. Whether the vitamin is fat soluble or water soluble has to do with the way the body processes. If this difference matter to you? Well, yes and no.
At a basic level, whether or not a fat-soluble vitamin is water soluble or does not really matter. What is most important is to ensure that your body receives the recommended daily amount of each. Whether you're getting vitamins through from the diet or by supplementation, avoiding a vitamin deficiency is what will keep the body healthy.
When viewed from a chemical aspect, the differences between a vitamin that is soluble in fat or water soluble are fairly complicated. Most people do not care to understand what it is "behind the scenes'.
What is important is that the body can store fat-soluble vitamins, but not soluble vitamins in water. Fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, E and K, are absorbed through the intestine. For this absorption process to work properly dietary fat must also be present. If fat is not eaten with fat-soluble vitamins, it is harder for the body to complete the absorption process. Once you finally absorbed however, fat soluble vitamins are stored in the liver. We have to wait until they are called to do their job.
Let's take a closer look at the fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin K helps the body metabolize food into energy. It is responsible for protecting the clotting ability blood through the provision of seven blood clotting proteins involved in the process. It is also necessary for normal bone growth.
Vitamin E is an important antioxidant. Protects vitamins A and C and plays a crucial role in protecting fatty acids and red blood cells from destruction.
Without vitamin D, the body could not absorb calcium efficiently. Vitamin D helps regulate calcium and phosphorus in the blood. Storage Vitamin D helps ensure that even if a person does not drink enough milk, bones will not suffer.
Vitamin A is the vitamin of vision. Help the eyes to focus in low light and helps differentiate colors. It also plays a vital role in the growth and differentiation of tissue. It stimulates the immune system's ability to fight infections. A special protein called protein transport of vitamin A helps to be stored in the liver travel to the tissues where it is needed.
Water-soluble vitamins, however, are not stored in the body. Because the body can not store these vitamins these vitamins must be constantly replenished. Like vitamins soluble in water entering the body, get to work. The excess is excreted from the body through urine. The vitamins that make up the category of water soluble vitamins include B, vitamin C and vitamin H (biotin).
B vitamins are responsible for several crucial bodily functions. During the process of converting glucose from carbohydrates, B vitamins provide energy to the body. Without B vitamins, the body would not be able to properly metabolize proteins and fats.
One of the main responsibilities of biotin is to ensure proper growth and Vitamin C is important for its antioxidant effects, but positively in the body in many other ways as well.
If you can not get the vitamins you need to eat a balanced diet, take a multivitamin supplement. Your health depends on it!

Can anyone suggest water-soluble natural antimicrobials?
Substances such as eugenol (clove oil), allicin (garlic), turmeric powder, Neem, Tulsi etc substance must be soluble in water.
Copper is a natural antibacterial, Tabasco sauce is an antibacterial, salt can be a antimicrobial, lemon juice is natural. Note that none of these would be the environment if discharged into the environment above certain levels. Work on natural resources is to use the ingredients, not the natural material itself.
