Does using a thread mill, work my leg muscles?
Does using a thread mill, the work of muscles my leg? Can anyone recommend exercises, good for my legs without using the computer, such as weights, because I have none.

If you have no weight, but would like the training of the legs, then you can: 1) "half-squats" using their body weight 2) Do interval training (Sprint) 3) Go to a pool and frog kicks in the water 4) leapfrog steps 5) to raise calves 6) hamstring curl These are a few you can try.
