Welcome Season
I start training for next years season of skiing now, how I can do this?
I am currently a student second year and had to go cross country this year because I was too out of shape. And the truth .. I won a lot of weight: / How I can prepare for next season? My time spent was only 5 km in 40 minutes. I really need to improve .. A LOT. All advice welcome.
Man, I had the same problem. I was out of shape for cross country my sophomore year. I had a terrible time and ended later in the day. I ran for the day Evey summer or every other day. At first I started with what could be done next, as each week passed that would determine whether I was ready to push to a standard superior. I did until he was able to run 5k without stopping. This year I had a decent season. My regional race in 21 minutes. The best place I have all year, was sixth. But I have improved a lot and plans to do the same this year.
